Wonderful stay, good for solo travel. There’s a train rail next to the unit.

This Air bnb suite is located on a quiet street. Outside near by, your can rent a bike or scooter to explore outside. Inside the air bnb is welcoming and beautifully laid out. It was nice being close to the city. There’s a lot of restaurant choices around the area, as well as a Walmart near by. The underground parking was convenient. I will definitely be back and stay with Corporate Stays

Matched the fotos, lovely decor, super clean and near wonderful restaurants. Very easy to check in and clear instructions. Highly recommended!!

El lugar está en la mejor ubicación de la ciudad para turismo o negocios. Solamente algunos aspectos que son importantes. La cama es dura, para alguien no acostumbrado genera incomodidad. Al ser una gran zona, hay construcciones de grandes edificios y autos pasando. El ruido es bastante fuerte.

Unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay. The mattress and frame of the bed were in no condition to sleep on anymore, the kitchen („fully equipped“) was missing the most essential utensil (e.g. no coffee machine), the apartment didn’t seem very clean, the batteries in the remote were empty, the AC did only the bare minimum and there was only one tiny piece of soap as well as one roll of toilet paper provided for a 3 week stay with two people (no hand soap either).
I would not come again until I know all this has been fixed - the sad thing is it could actually be a pretty nice place with a fair price, if it wasn’t for all the above-mentioned. In the end, we had to check out early.

Location is horrible. No parking lot and no parking in the area as it’s downtown unless you want to pay $500/month. Communication is horrible spent 2days calling and messaging with no answers. Even air bnb couldn’t get a hold of them. They claim they were short staffed l, but no excuse for not answering for days especially when it’s regarding check in information day of.

We recently stayed with CS in Osborne Village for our trip to Winnipeg. Having lived in the neighborhood for nearly ten years prior to moving out of the province, it was a sure fire for us.

The BnB was perfectly located, very clean, and had everything we needed for the week. As we work remotely, we made use of the seating area on the first floor and definitely hit up the restaurant attached to the unit.

Gem was exceptional in replying and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and taken care of. Would recommend for a trip to the city if you want it to feel like home!
