code for door didnt work. waited for an hour for someone to bring a key . once i got in, the condo had not been cleaned. so at 8pm at night, i was in a dirty apartment, no towels, no clean linen. the 'corporate stays' manager went home and said 'i'll fix it tomorrow'. Just v poor service, didn't care.

Great location, floor 37/44 of the tallest building in the country, 24/7 reception and an awesome view from the 44th floor gym/pool area.

2 minutes walk from multiple 24/7 stores/pharmacies.

excelente locación y lugar. Los encargados muy atentos y responden rápido. Solo fue una lastima tener tanto desecho de los gatos de la zona y que la extensión de 3 horas qué inicialmente requería tuviera que ser otro día entero. pero fuera de eso todo super. Recomendado

Very pleased with how responsive and kind they were with our stay.Clean and well maintained in a good neighborhood if looking for a stop for groceries( next to Walmart walking distance)

Apartamento novo e arrumado, com itens de cozinha. Chuveiro bem quente e com bastante pressão. Infelizmente o reservatório de água quente acaba rápido se não prestar atenção. Aí tem que esperar uns 40 minutos para outra pessoa poder tomar banho. Colchão relativamente confortável. Não gostamos dos travesseiros.
Infelizmente não foi possível entrarmos antes do horário, que considero muito tarde (16h) para um check in. Mas já sabíamos disso. Também não é possível deixar as malas no local antes do horario de check in.
Isso considerado, é uma região muito boa para se hospedar, muito próxima a pé do shopping Mariscal e do supermercado Superseis. Ruas calmas e seguras. Também perto do Caminito e bons restaurantes e cafés. Apartamento bom e confortável, atendimento na recepção do prédio e atendimento do host muito bons e prestativos. Custo benefício muito bom. Recomendo.

Stayed for a month as a family with a child. Pros: Very comfortable beds with plenty of blankets, good showers, fast internet (approx. 100 Mbps), and quick response for minor things like AC remote batteries. Cons: Major issues with the electronic door lock. The touchscreen keypad responds poorly, often requiring 3+ attempts. If it fails, a loud, nerve-wracking alarm triggers for a full minute, disturbing the building. False alarms happen regularly, even from neighboring apartments in the middle of the night. Also, a severe issue for home office: there is active construction next door with constant noise, honking, and diesel smells. Furthermore, the location is not walkable; getting to the "Los Jardines" supermarket or walking around requires a car due to the busy main road. Parking is completely uncovered. One AC blows directly onto the bed. Service: Managed by Corporate Stays. Very anonymous and rigid. When the cooktop broke, management was uncooperative until Airbnb stepped in.
