Corporate Stays Reviews

Positive:
Excellent location, super comfortable for two people, had a fully equipped kitchen, and all the other services such as water, WiFi, etc., worked perfectly. Will definitely be coming back.

Negative:
Had a little trouble with the WiFi in the beginning but was figured out immediately.

Comfortable place!

The kitchen was poorly stocked with basic utensils and supplies—I even had to go out and buy my own ice trays for the fridge. The largest issue, however, was that the property provided to me was in a completely different neighborhood than the advertised location on the listing.Management claimed I received a complimentary upgrade to a two-bedroom unit to compensate, but that unit had already been assigned to me before I brought the location discrepancy to their attention. The location change also resulted in unexpected daily parking fees.Aside from the location misrepresentation and supply issues, the unit itself was decent and spacious. The A/C had some trouble keeping up, but it worked well enough to stay comfortable. I strongly advise future guests to double-check and confirm the exact property details with management before booking.

Nada a reclamar, apenas tudo conforme anunciado, e impecável

Positive:

We liked this place.
Safe location, fine to walk around at night.
Nice apartment, had everything we needed.
Very conveniently located. Walking distance from Mariscal mall. There’s a cluster of restaurants nearby to get breakfast or dinner.
The terrace upstairs with the pool is beautiful.
The gym is small, but adequate.
The host was very responsive.
The 24 hour security guard is nice to have.

Things to be aware of:
It’s in a city, so it’s loud late at night.
The beds are hard.

Things we wish were different:

A) It was not clear to us how to get into the building the first time. This was stressful and annoying at 1 AM after our late flight landed. I had to call the host to get into the building.

B) The locks on both of the balcony doors were broken, and the doors would not open. Both of these locks did not suddenly break at the exact same time. One of them broke, nobody fixed it, and then at some later date the other broke, and nobody fixed that one either.

Excelente

Nos sentimos súper cómodos. Superó nuestras expectativas.

Positive:
