Muito bom

My group agreed this place was a bit of a catfish. Great location/nice building, terrible stay.

At check-in we immediately noticed a strong odor concentrated in the bedroom. We contacted the host, and for the next 3 days were repeatedly told someone was coming to fix it, only to be no-showed each time, wasting hours of precious vacation time. We spent as little time in the unit as possible, and by day 3 decided to investigate the smell ourselves.

What we found were serious cleanliness and health hazards - significant mold around a bedroom window and inside most of the AC units, nasal mucus smeared on the wall next to 1 of the beds in multiple spots, and a dried pencil-eraser-sized blood spot on a pillow. The apt clearly hadn’t had a thorough cleaning in a while.

Airbnb support stepped in and refunded us after the host continued to show no sense of urgency. We found another unit in a high-rise nearby and were thrilled with it. Night and day in terms of cleanliness and service.

I was extremely impressed with how timely the communication was with our host and our stay. We didn’t have any problems but they were excellent to check in and and let us know they were with us every step of the way during our weeks stay.

Gostamos muito do local, super limpo e aconchegante, organizado! Voltarei!
