We stayed for 4 months for work. It felt like home.

Corporate Stays owns almost the entire 2nd floor. Initially our apartment was much smaller than the listing we booked. They corrected this error and allowed us to move to a bigger apartment on the same floor that more accurately reflected our listing. Communication was very good - efficient and problem solving.

Ateeb helped us quite a bit.

The apartment itself is well equipped. Large washer dryer, all kitchen appliances and utensils and cleaning tools you need. Comfortable couch and TV set up. Bed linen and bed itself very comfortable.

Within 3min walk to the bus route - can get to halifax shopping centre in 24m with the bus.
Close to all shops you need, great restaurants and the lovely public Gardens - within 5min walk.
10 min walk to the waterfront.

Gym is clean and functions

Although the surrounding area has some noisy people and a few unhomed people on the streets we never felt unsafe.

Would definitely rent again.

At the last minute Corporate Stays changed our arrival date by 3 days (even though it was past change date). Said it was because of maintenance issues. When we arrived we couldn't get in; now they said it was because previous guests left late (We were told the delay was maintenance; we should have been the guests!) Microwave didn't work. No vacuum or cleaning items. TV remote didn't work (Took 2 days to get us a new one.) No cable service. Sterile environment. Responded with AI sorts of responses. (We are so sorry; thank you for your patience! We had to deal with Corporate Stays located who knows where and they in turn dealt with building supervisor.Long process!) Microwave was fixed 3 days before our departure. No extra linens so we could change bedding. Overall horrible experience. Would never rent from them again! Unreliable and untruthful! When I complained to CS I was told they had already provided us with a $100 C refund or our trouble! So disappointing and frustrating!

The place is very walkable and the suite was as described. The kitchen was fully equipped and it was easy to live for a few months without needing to purchase many extras. The suite did have some visible dirt and dust when I arrived. It was an extra charge to rent a Hoover when I asked about this. Overall good value for money and excellent location.

Excelente departamento! Lo unico es que en las fotos parece un poco mas grade de lo que realmente es.. pero la cama muy buena y lo mismo com el sofá cama, el departamento esta muy lindo!

Painful experience. Room given to someone else upon arrival, finally received another room but it had 2 defective AC units, moved to another room; AC in bedroom also had issues but was able to resolve by resetting the circuit breaker. The Room did not match the Airbnb pictures. Host was communicating with delays - including a message at 5am asking if the AC was working. The locks on the door are a pain to use - code needs to be entered to lock the door! It is a shame because the building is beautiful and the units are spotless. The host refused to provide compensation other than an extra hour for check out. Had to bring Airbnb Support to assist with resolution. Will not repeat using Corporate Stays LATAM.
