The apartment itself is attractive and has an excellent view, but it is poorly managed. Check-in was difficult, and the floor had not been swept. The only broom was broken, and the host was responsive, but at times, combative when I requested a usable one. The apartment was poorly stocked: soap dispensers were empty or watered down, and only one trash bag was provided for two guests staying five days. The building requires specific bags and procedures for the trash chute, but Corporate Stays did not appear familiar with these rules. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable that it was difficult even to sit on and was not suitable for sleeping, despite being advertised as a bed. Although the apartment has potential, the cleaning, supplies, furnishings and management need significant improvement. I would not stay here again.

Le logement recu netait pas comme la photo. Cependant l'hôte a bien reagit en essayant detre acommodant.

Disons que si jai a relouer je vais faire attention davoir le bon logement.

Positive: L emplacement, des dizaines et dizaines de restos a proximité, un walmart juste à coté, les services que propose l établissement (salle de jeu, piscine, salle de sport, parking...)
Le calme à l intérieur de l appartement était parfait. Tout était parfait et honnêtement pour le prix c'est une pépite!

Friendly and responsive host. All surfaces were clean. A nice view from the balcony with lots of sun. I really like this building, and wanted to stay longer, but during my stay they started the construction of a new building right in front with an estimated completion in January 2028. Having lived close to construction earlier (but never literally across the street), I know this would not be a place for me to be able to focus. If you think you can handle the noise, it's a prime location close to grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants.

Todo muy bien: precio, ubicación y limpieza. Lo único incómodo es que esta al costado de las maquinas de aire acondicionado, las cuales suenan toda la noche.

La estadía fue excelente. La ubicación es muy linda. El departamento es amplio, luminoso, bien equipado y fue muy comodo.

Tengo que destacar sobre todo al personal del Alojamiento, 10 puntos todos los días que estuvimos !!
El Alojamiento es precioso ,esta en una zona muy buena .
Un punto muy bueno que no hay obras en frente , lo cual lo hace un apartamento más silencioso .
Si necesitamos volver a Asunción seguro volveré a este apart.

Muy buena mi estadía, impecable todo, es así mismo tal cual muestra en las fotos, muy cómodo y lindo, volvería sin dudar. Los anfitriones muy amables, 10/10

De verdad una estancia impecable el departamento muy bonito, limpio el servicio fue muy bueno y personalmente me parece que el precio incluso es barato para la calidad de estancia que ofrecen
