Detalle a tener en cuenta y el anfitrión lo dice , están en obras y se escuchan muchos los ruidos por la mañana, parece que están taladrando dentro del departamento.

Not worth the price compared to other airbnbs in Asunción. The location is ok but not as walkable as other Airbnbs in the area, the apartment had very few basics, and the water in the shower got extremely hot very quickly and gave my husband a really bad burn (which the hosts did nothing about).

The view is nice, but there is a large construction site right outside the window and there is constant noise and dust... the window is single pane, so the noise is overwhelming. The construction makes the area hard to walk in. There is mud everywhere and barriers. There are gaps under all of the doors, so you can hear everything in the hallways and in other apartments. TVs, kids crying, animals making noises, etc. You are only allowed to use 1 washer at a time and they are very small. There is no place to dry clothes so you have to put them in your room and open the window, which allows more construction noise to come in, along with construction dust. Door frames and paint came loose from the heat of the shower and oven. I hurt my foot on one of them. The toilet never flushed well, so there was a smell. The host was responsive and maintenance people were nice- but many of the issues could not be fixed. I booked for 2 weeks. I would only suggest if you plan a short stay.

Most of the things are good and they have been responsible. However there were some issues with the amenities which they resolved quickly.
