We enjoyed our stay at Arcadia. It was close to a convenient store and many other enjoyable places. It was a quiet and serene environment and very clean too.

Realmente una excelente opción para alojarse en ciudad de Panamá. Caminando tienes todo cerca, restaurantes, cafeterías, supermercados, centros comerciales, consultorios médicos. Puedes salir a caminar cada día al aire libre en una zona tranquila y muy segura. Un apartamento muy completo y con una excelente vista. Sin duda me hospedaría nuevamente.

Excelente lugar, la ubicacion esta cerca de supermecardo, centro comerciales las amenidades del edificio excelente, muy buen lugar si necesitas estar en costa del este.

This was our first time visiting Halifax, and since we were traveling with two young children, we had many concerns. However, the accommodation turned out to be in the perfect location for staying in Halifax. The beautiful waterfront was only a 2-minute walk away, and there were countless delicious restaurants and pubs near the house. Even though we rented a car, most of the places we wanted to go were within walking distance.

There were so many attractions—such as the Halifax Library and Public Park—that made our daily walks enjoyable. We could also walk to places the kids loved, like the Discovery Centre and the Maritime Museum. From time to time, we would take the ferry to Dartmouth just to enjoy a meal or spend time at a park, which was also wonderful. If you are planning a trip to Halifax, I would wholeheartedly recommend this place without hesitation. Moreover, the concierge team- Maria Lourdes, Jem, and Samer- were always ther and so helpful. They made our trip just perfect.

El edificio en la mejor zona de la ciudad, Costa del Este. Vistas hermosas del mar y el delta al lado con vegetación y aves. A una cuadra restaurantes, bello y moderno centro comercial, hospital de primera, supermercados, cine, malecón para caminar.
Departamento muy moderno y nuevo. Menaje de cocina muy completo incluye airfryer. Televisor grande y con streaming. Seguridad en edificio y zona. Muy amable personal en lobby. Estacionamiento techado ideal para las lluvias. Definitivamente volveremos a alejarnos acá. El mejor lugar en la ciudad de Panamá

Todo estuvo muy bien. Mi única objeción fue que a la ducha del dormitorio no llegaba agua caliente

We suffered a fire at our home and this place was an incredible find for us. Our total time spent at their property was nearly two months and we really appreciate the location to amenities and general area within the city. Communication was typically from 9-5pm local time. People like Samey were incredibly responsive to our inquiries and he made sure we were taken care of during our stay.

Everyone that visited us during our stay said they’d love to rent here one day. Having a gym available as well as a party room was fantastic.

Overall, we were incredible grateful to find this place and Corporate Stays added to how fantastic our stay was. I am SO grateful in Corporate Stays place in our journey to getting back on our feet.

Nice apartment and nice view (mid 10s level). The location was great for me. The concierge team was prompt with communication: the AC wasn't working when I moved in and they sent someone to fix it. I had no issues with noise from outside or adjacent units.However, there were a few administrative and communication problems. First, the advertising regarding parking was misleading. While listed as 'free for one car,' I had to pay more than 100 for parking when a friend visited for four nights. There was also an add-on parking fee of 100 on my initial invoice.Second, receiving multiple requests for a positive review, starting only a few days into my 40 night stay, made me feel uncomfortable.Finally, the checkout instructions I received through VRBO failed to mention that I needed to proactively request my security deposit back. This caused an unnecessary delay, and I was told via email that it will take several more days for it to be returned.I hope this feedback helps management improve its communication and transparency with clients.
