This is a beautiful place in a beautiful neighborhood, but I believe they could improve by adding some basic essentials such as water, soap, coffee, sugar, or even dish soap. Unfortunately, none of these were provided.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was clean and had a stunning ocean view from the 22nd floor. Waking up to that view every morning was a highlight! The host was also very accommodating, making the experience even better. I highly recommend this place! thank you!!

We would never stay there again
Positive: The bed was comfortable and the size of the unit was also comfortable
Negative: That we had no usable toilet from Saturday evening till Monday afternoon even though we requested urgent plumbing assistance. No plumbers could be called on a Sunday (no other city is this not possible) and the only feasible solution was for us to travel 20 floors to the gym which was closed at midnight. Highly unsatisfactory for people in their 70s.

The apartments are really nice for short stays but a hit or miss on value.
Positive: Tastefully furnished apartments that are uncluttered and well color coordinated. It's off the main throughfare and quiet from a traffic perspective but may be a little difficult to find as our taxi driver from the airport can attest. The amenities like the gym, pool and common areas are nice.
Negative: This was our second time using Urban flats and we noted some differences between the two apartments. Unfortunately, the shortcomings of the second apartment were not addressed prior to our departure so it's left us where we are not sure if we should use them again as some of the advertised items that were expected in the apartment were not there, e.g. cooking utensils, coffee maker, ironing board etc. The bed that we had in the apartment on our second stay squeaks loudly whenever you move on it and does not make for a comfortable night's rest for you or your partner. I'm pretty sure that I can figure out other door combinations based on just the two apartments that we stayed in so you might want to take special care with valuables that you leave in the room.
Second time here—modern, comfortable condo with smooth communication. Would happily return!
Positive: La propiedad es muy bonita, la vista que tiene y la comodidad fue lo que más nos gustó. El edifico está súper ubicado, muy limpio, es moderno, el gimnasio y el Oxxo dentro fueron de gran ayuda.
Negative: La comunicación para el check in fue algo complicada al inicio ya que tuve que buscar cómo comunicarme con alguien y al llegar no sabían de mí reserva.
Recomendaría poner bolsas de basura y algún lugar dentro de la bañera donde poder ponen jabón o shampoo.

I had a wonderful stay! The building was very safe and secure, which gave me peace of mind throughout my trip. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps away from great food spots and everything I needed. The unit itself was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as pictured—no surprises, just pure comfort and convenience. It was quiet, peaceful, and the perfect place to unwind after a long day of work. I would highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!
OMG NOISY!!! Right against very busy train track!!! No sleeping if you stay there not to mention all the issues with garage door remote not working, Wi-Fi not available and many rues and codes! Too complicated stressful for me.

Terrible place. I do not recommend it at all!
Negative: We made the reservation through Booking, but we had to make a double reservation through another platform. When we arrived at the place, the security guard wouldn’t let us in because we didn’t have the room number. We showed him all the emails and messages we had received (none of them mentioned the room number), and still he gave us no solution. The contact phone number for the host is a Canadian number, and on top of that, it’s an Artificial Intelligence system. We were never able to speak to a real person. We spent 2 hours waiting outside on the street to get in, only to end up leaving because we never got a response from anyone. Therefore, we never stayed at the place and I never received a refund.
To make matters worse, the room price is one thing, but the “cleaning fee” is even more expensive than the room itself.

Great apartment with all the necessary amenities in a perfect location. Good contact with the host, useful instructions and easy to check in. Highly recommend!
