Very large studio, with all amenities and a beautiful view of the high rises. Very nice modern building with a great rooftop deck/pool. Karen Acevedo the manager was very helpful and responsive. Well priced. I recommend and will stay there again for sure!
lindo apartamento, tiene seguridad 24/7, las zonas sociales son lindas. Responden rápido y resuelven si se presenta alguna novedad. Cuenta con lo necesario y básico para 4 personas.

Positive: La ubicación en un barrio tranquilo con buena conectividad, la optima condición y comodidad del departamento, la limpieza y la buena calidad de los artefactos al interior. Muy agradable estadía, volvería nuevamente feliz.
Negative: Detalles a corregir, sólo se podía ver canales nacionales por internet. La clave de internet no estaba visible para usar con un notebook, se tuvo que comprar un internet móvil

We are a married couple who stayed for five nights. This place checked all of our boxes: clean, comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen. Furniture and appliances were next to new, and we appreciated the access to the fitness area with cardio machines and free weights. The building looks to be fairly new, and has a modern look and feel which we liked. The location was a big plus for us -- near the geographic center of Winnipeg, close to main roads, the airport, and many restaurants, without the traffic hassles of downtown. Gem and Rodrigo were very helpful and prompt in our communications. Other reviews have noted the presence of nearby railroad tracks, but we did not find train noises to be too obtrusive.
