Corporate Stays Reviews

todo bien

Very nice place to stay, beautiful view and placed in a good zone, quiet, private, near to good restaurants just walking, not even need a car to get to some places, and very accessible, I'll definitely recommend this place if you want to stay in Asuncion.

This was an amazing stay! A very cozy and nicely decorated apartment in a modern building with top location in Asuncion. 5 minutes to supermarkets, shopping, major streets, but not noisy. The host is very friendly and helpful. Best value for money we ever had so far.

Every spaced is designed with high quality furniture and amenities. You feel at home and also is really close to shopping malls and restaurants. The bed is really good and everything works just fine. Its my second time here and definitely coming back.

I recommend it

Temperature within the space was cold upon first arriving. Had to turn thermostat to 27 to warm place up. On the second last night of 4 night stay, heat was set at 30 degrees and could not warm the place up above 19 degrees C. Opened blinds on patio door and took picture of snow on inside of door handle, as well as large gap at the top of the patio door. Sent repeated messages to Corp stays to which I received one response asking further questions to which I responded. I did not get a return message, no maintenance staff to check on space, no response at all afterwards. Very poor customer service. Bathroom sink also didn’t drain, furniture in kitchen seating was loose and rickety. No extras included at all for this place. No coffee, bottle of water, no spices, overall poor experience.

The location, apartment and view were awesome! The only issue was that the AC didn’t work well.

We really appreciated staying at Rubén's place. It was clean, nice, and in a great location. We also really appreciated the tall windows and the view of the beautiful homes; it was a very calming space. And lastly, the host was super helpful and great about getting back to you. I can definitely recommend this Airbnb. :)
