Me encantó el dpto, me sentí como en mi casa .
O espaço de Rubén é perfeito. Tudo novo e arrumado. Local extremamente limpo, de fácil acesso e principalmente a localização é fabulosa. Fica próximo do Shopping Del Sol e do Paseo La Galeria. Muitos restaurantes próximos e bairro extremamente seguro para andar a noite.

excellent value for money as the appartment block is almost brand new with a security guard at the entrance 24 hours. Close to lots of good restaurants and highly recommend
The building is great with the upper terrace and the pool. it's great to relax. it's also quite calm in there. the stuff is friendly and the interconnection was very stable. recommend the stay. all in all all good
We had a wonderful stay. The place was excellent, very comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. Everything worked perfectly, which made our stay easy and stress-free.
Ruben was an outstanding host. His communication was clear, quick, and very thoughtful, and he made everything simple from start to finish. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend both the place and Ruben as a host.

- Broken a/c during 2 of 7 nights. Fixed until next day.
- No empathy and late responses from host
- Contradictions from local management and host about rules
- No instructions on how to use the digital stovetop

Amazing apartment in a prime Costa del Este location. Spotless, comfortable, and perfectly equipped, with everything within walking distance. Great host and a seamless stay — would definitely come back.
