The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos—very clean and located in a safe building and neighborhood. Check-in was seamless, and Rubén was extremely responsive to all our questions. If I return to Asunción, I would definitely stay here again.
We had a amazing stay. Beautiful and quiet apartment, felt very private and at-home, very clean, everything we could have asked for. The host was response and very helpful when we had a hard time checking in. Nice restaurants/places to eat withing a 10-15 min drive.
No arrienden ahí

The best part about this stay were the hosts. We had a couple of inconveniences with the building staff (outside the control of the hosts) but Rubén was always responsive and ready to step in and assist with resolution. You can't expect things to always be 100% with stays, but Rubén and Claudia are true hosts, there to resolve and make the stay memorable. The apartment is just like the photos, clean, free of clutter, and a well equipped kitchen. Recommended.
Recomendadisimo !
Todo muy bien 👍🏻
Amazing apartment in a great location. Couldn’t have asked for a better place
We had an excellent stay in Asunción and could not be happier with this apartment or our host, Ruben.
The apartment was beautiful, spotless, and exactly as described—very comfortable and well maintained. The on-site staff were professional, friendly, and helpful, which made everything feel easy and secure from the moment we arrived.
The location is outstanding, just minutes from Shopping Mariscal and the La Cuadrita restaurant district, with great dining, shopping, and walkability right nearby.
Most of all, Ruben was an exceptional host—friendly, professional, highly responsive, and incredibly thorough with all the information we needed before and during our stay. His communication made the entire experience seamless and stress-free.
We truly could not be happier with our stay, highly recommend this Airbnb, and very much look forward to returning in the future.
