Excelente estrutura de hospedagem, edificio muito seguro, portaria 24 hs, apartamento com mobiliario completo, banheiros impecaveis, roupa de cama de primeira qualidade, boas toalhas. cozinha completa, tudo perfeito.

Wir (Paar, Anfang 60) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sind rundum zufrieden. Wir sind gerade auch in Südamerika häufig unterwegs und haben schon viele Apartments gemietet, aber die hohe Qualität und Ausstattung dieser Unterkunft gepaart mit einem angemessenen Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und vor allem einer stets erreichbaren und auch bei individuellen Anliegen sehr lösungsorientierte Kundenbetreuung ist absolut außergewöhnlich. Herzlichen Dank an das Team für das großartige „Wohnerlebnis“.

Exactamente lo que se ve, todo muy limpio e impecable y con todo lo que se veía en imágenes incluido, la red de wifi muy optima y las instalaciones muy tranquilas, 100% recomendable !!

perfecto para unas vacaciones, tiene todo, horno, microondas, pack de bienvenida con agua y infusiones y galletas. la piscina tranquila y las vistas de la terraza increíbles. los de seguridad siempre están atentos a lo que necesites, ayudandote con información útil del edificio y la ciudad.
muy limpio, cama amplia. La puerta es con código por lo que no tienes que llevar llaves contigo. Muy silencioso por la noche para dormir tranquilo.

love the location and the new building

It was more worn down than in the photos, the pool is not entirely private as the garage has direct walking access to get into the pool and the balconies have a direct view of you in the pool. Also the entry door to the building doesn’t shut properly so other tenants were constantly slamming it to try to shut the door. Some of the lightbulbs needed to be change and there was a strange smell coming from some of the drawers in the kitchen. The floors needed to be cleaned as well. Overall, would recommend paying a little more for a better place.

Desde el mapa de la aplicación pusimos la ubicación y no fue correcta. Por eso fue importante la comunicación.

Had a lovely stay here. Room was a little different than in the pictures, but still very clean and nicely decorated. The only downside was that our shower didnt work. We could turn the tub tap on, but there was no way to switch it to the shower. Other than that we had a great time.

Prédio e apartamento ótimos. Apartamento bonito, com linda vista, blackout que funciona e ao fechar a varanda não se ouve ruído nenhum. Cama extremamente confortável. Cozinha bem equipada com utensílios. Prédio totalmente automatizado sem necessidade de falar com portaria. Mercadinho bem completo. O ponto crítico para nós foi a comunicação com o anfitrião. Em certos momentos foi confusa ou demorada. Solicitamos troca de toalhas no primeiro dia por conta de algumas manchas e não foram trocadas, tivemos problemas com check in também. Não chegou a atrapalhar nossa estadia, mas para hóspedes que gostam de manter comunicação ativa com o anfitrião não seria possível. Sugerimos alguns detalhes como tapete de chão no banheiro e pano de pia para secar louça, ambos não haviam. No geral gostamos e recomendamos para quem precisar descansar, estávamos à passeio e conseguimos descansar muito bem. Os pontos citados acredito serem apenas ajustes. Recomendamos.

The pictures of the apartment did not do it justice, it was impeccable with amazing views. The instructions were clear on entry and exit and when I had queries they were quick to respond. I absolutely loved it and highly recommended it.

Absolut empfehlenswertes Haus. Ruhig, toller Ausblick auf ASU. Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll.

Very nice apartment, the only problem like with all places in Paraguay, would be windows. Unfortunately all houses around this apartment block have dogs. I love dogs, don’t get me wrong, but they bark all the time at night and early morning. Unable to have good night sleep, that’s the only disadvantage.
Lots of good restaurant’s within 5-10 min walk

We stayed here as a family of four, and the apartment was spacious and comfortable for all of us. The host was excellent very responsive and accommodating. They brought extra towels when we asked and even helped us recover an item we accidentally left behind after checkout.

The location is very convenient, with a café across the street and a convenience store less than a block away. It’s walkable on cooler days, and Uber rides were quick and affordable.

The apartment is on a busy street, so there is some noise, and the Wi-Fi can struggle when multiple devices are streaming or gaming at the same time. Neither was a deal breaker for us.
Overall, we had a great stay and would happily stay here again.
