Muy lindo departamento, súper recomendable.
Buena ubicación y el departamento muy acogedor
Die Wohnung ist großzügig, hell und sauber. Besonders gut haben uns die Badewanne und der Sandwich-Toaster gefallen. Es war alles da, was man braucht — von Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen bis zu Kochutensilien. Die Küche ist groß und die Wohnung insgesamt in guter Substanz.
Die Kommunikation über Airbnb war gut und zuverlässig. Über die Telefon Nummer waren wir nicht ganz so zufrieden, aber über Airbnb hat man immer jemanden erreicht.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter und würden auch wiederkommen.

Great location in the best zone of Asuncion… Biggie right across the street and lots of little restaurants and cafes close by, but in a quiet part of town where you can rest and not worry about heavy construction or loud music

A note to those who might be light sleepers, - there is a gym behind the building and a few days of the week they have an early morning class where the coach likes to use a whistle. It didn’t bother us, but if you are a light sleeper you might want to wear earplugs or book a different apartment of theirs to rent nearby as they have a few options!
El edificio tiene una ubicación excelente y cuenta con muy buenas amenidades. Sin embargo, el acceso es únicamente por escaleras, lo que puede dificultar la llegada y salida cuando se viaja con equipaje pesado, ya que los elevadores para sillas de ruedas, que podrían de ser ayuda para equipajes pesados, el personal indica que no están en funcionamiento.
El departamento es pequeño y solo cuenta con una cama matrimonial, pero fuera de eso es realmente espectacular: limpio, muy bien cuidado y cómodo para una estancia agradable si viajas solo.

Todo perfecto, el departamento excelente y muy nuevo, muy bien equipado y decorado, el edificio muy completo con muy buenos amenities, único punto a mejorar es la conexión a internet
