Had a great stay here! The unit was great, comfortable bed, great location. The only issue was that pool on the roof was very dirty and unusable, aside from that it was a great stay

Nice spacious clean appartement, with a great view! It's in a nice area with cafés, restaurants, supermarkts and mall.
The kitchen is complete, only the pans are in pretty bad condition.

The apartment was clean and spacious and in a great location. Everything was relatively easy.

Clean space, new apartment, wonderful location, and I enjoyed the amenities both in the apartment and in the building. The gym, coworking space, and laundry machine are great perks.

The only problem was that the internet wasn’t working and neither the host nor the reception could resolve it. But 5g data service was good there and the coworking WiFi works great so it’s not a big deal. I’d like to come back!

Great place to stay between where the river forks. A lovely walk across the bridge to get to Nestewaya and enjoy the market and the frozen river. Responsive customer service and a nice building that felt secure.

cumple: cómodo, práctico y pensado para que uno se sienta a gusto desde el primer momento. La ubicación facilita todo, los alrededores tienen lo necesario y el ambiente invita a quedarse y disfrutar. Además, los encargados del departamento responden rápido y están atentos ante cualquier consulta, lo que hace que la experiencia sea todavía más tranquila y confiable. Sin dudas, un espacio al que dan ganas de volver.

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos, esto ya quiere decir que nos había gustado el lugar por eso volvimos pero ahora tuvimos unos inconvenientes es por ello que les sugerimos cambien el sistema de wifi ya que desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos no tuvimos señal y en el sector de la cocina necesitan otro método de climatización ya que en la misma hace demasiado calor (hay un ventilador muy pequeño que no cumple con su función para nada, ya que las altas temperaturas que hace en estas fechas son poco agradables)
El barrio es tranquilo y está cerca de farmacias y un supernercado a una cuadra.

They are awesome, would stay again

für uns war die Lage des Gebäudes ideal: 9 min zu Fuß zum Shopping des Sol, selbst bei 40-45Grad gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der 11te Stock war perfekt. Das ZImmer war für uns über 3 Wochen mehr als ideal. Die aircon hat gut funktioniert, die Sicht, das Bett, alles super. Der Vermieter hat super prompt reagiert auf alle Anfragen. Wir können es empfehlen. Kein Luxus, aber für uns mehr als super gut. Preis Leistung ist auch sehr gut. Da kann man nicht meckern. Gym im Haus war auch perfekt für uns. Die Sauna tat nicht - aber bei 40 Grad muss das auch nicht sein 😂
