This is the second time we've had to stay with them. They never answer because their phone line is Canadian and their records aren't up to date. They don't know the door code, and it's always a nightmare because no one helps or knows what they're doing. Plus, the address they give is way too far from the condominium entrance.

Muy buena ubicación, bonito el lugar, pero lamentablemente estaba muy sucio, las sábanas y toallas sucias tiradas en la cama, los papeles del baño del inquilino anterior estaban ahí, la cocina y el piso del departamento sucio, la cama estaba quebrada 😰

A great stay , great location next to La cuadrita, good value compared with other options

This stay was definitely one of our best in Asunción. The apartment is amazing, and the host pays a lot of attention to the little details. We felt so comfortable; the decor is beautiful and very new. The chairs are very comfortable, especially when you’re working. The WiFi connection is also excellent! We travel a lot, and we immediately noticed how much care has gone into the details here. There were coffee tabs for the first few days, oil, salt, pepper, water, and even small snacks like chocolate. Plenty of dish soap, shampoo, and body wash. It’s pretty rare these days to find a place so well-stocked and fully equipped. The washing machine in the apartment is a huge plus!
We were even able to have a little BBQ on the balcony. I would book here again anytime! The location is also absolutely fantastic. I can 100% recommend this apartment and these hosts! You’re doing a great job! Thank you so much!! 😀

Good location in Asuncion. Responsive and helpful host and good quality apartment

Um lugar pequeno, mas muito limpo e arrumado, cama boa e banheiro limpo. A unica coisa é que o corredor tem cheiro de cachorro devido aos outros moradores, mas isso é apenas no corredor. Academia boa para caminhar e fazer exercicio. A localização é perfeita, perto demais do shopping del sol, e do enorme supermercado del market. Muito bom.

I enjoyed my stay here, the room was clean and the building was modern and nice especially the roof pool and the gym. The location is very close/walking distance to local malls, and the entertainment district is 5 min by taxi. There is a big supermarket about 50 meters across the road which made my daily food shopping easy. The concierge people were always friendly and helpful. The host Maria was very helpful and responded ro my messages within 10 minutes if I had and questions before my arrival. Fortunately during my stay I never had to contact her because everything was good, pleasant and relaxing. The check-in instructions were very easy to follow and clear. I am coming back Asuncion soon and will definitely stay here again. Thank you for being a great host.

I was provided with a unit clearly different than the one listed which was much smaller, not a corner unit, and did not have a dining room space.

el departamento es tal cual las fotos, buena ubicación para el fin del viaje. La cerradura de la puerta principal comunico que estaba baja de batería, pero funcionó en la estadía. los conserjes muy atentos y amables.
