Lo pasamos bien, la zona es muy tranquila buena limpieza y la empresa estaba siempre atenta.
Дом и район приятные. Окна выходят в колодец, к котором на балконах десятки сплит систем, поэтому немного шумно. В целом, это хороший вариант на 1-2 дня, но долго там находиться не комфортно из-за мелких недостатков. Основной недостаток - вонючий кондиционер, который пахнет болотом и плесенью и требует срочной чистки! В жару +39 это настоящая проблема. Также нужно вернуть дверь в душевую кабину и убрать из номера сломанный стул, который реально может быть опасен.

Alojamiento muy agradable y cómodo. Con estacionamiento muy bueno y accesible. Equipado con buenos accesorios y electrodomésticos. Zona cercana a shopping y lugares de buena gastronomía.

Great apartment, good location, exactly as in photos. But if you come with car I would not book it, parking lot is ridiculous, you cannot open drivers door, I needed to get out thought passengers side. Then there was car parking next to me , which made getting out or in basically impossible. So if you come without car- great apartment but with car a definitely no.

El apartamento cómodo, organizado, con las cosas básicas necesarias para la estadía. Buen sector con buenos restaurantes, un centro comercial y un supermercado muy cerca para comprar lo que se necesita para la estadía. Llega Uber fácilmente. Están atentos a lo que se necesita. Las personas que atienden en el edificio son amables y responden a cualquier inquietud que se tenga. Buen lugar, buen apartamento. Lo recomiendo.

The room itself was exactly as expected. The couch is small, but the balcony is huge. An extra 1 or 2 chairs for the balcony would have been a great addition. The room gets 5 stars. My only issue, was the automated message for check-in. The message EXPLICITLY states that in order to enter the hotel lobby for the building, that you have to get a key card that MUST be picked up from a completely different building. The message even sends an address of the building that you have to go to in order to get the card. I walked several blocks to the other building to get the card where the guard said they usually leave them in the room. Once I walked back and got into my room I found the key card on the table. I dont complain about much and it didnt affect my stay, but it was a big and completely unavoidable inconvenience.
Estuvimos en octubre de 2025 y esta vez seguía sin arreglarse el soporte de pared del AACC del living. Faltaba jabón de ducha en el baño en suite.

Tuvimos un inconveniente con la clave de acceso. Pero la respuesta fué muy rápida y clara. Todo limpio, ordenado y tranquilo. El vehículo queda bajo techo bien cuidado
