Grand condo à 5 minutes de marche du Centropolis !
Positive: Superbe condo situé au 3e étage d'un immeuble, avec de très grandes pièces. L'atout de ce logement est sa localisation: le Centropolis et ses resto sont à 5 minutes à pied, le Walmart est dans la cours arrière si vous souhaitez faire vos emplettes pour les repas, etc. Des points de location de vélos Bixie et des trottinettes sont juste à côté du stationnement. Très beau quartier animé. Le Carrefour Laval est tout près. Je recommande et j'y retournerai certainement car c'est plus agréable qu'une chambre d'hôtel pour un tarif semblable.
Negative: Un seul bémol: le logement est géré par une Corporation qui n'est physiquement pas présente sur les lieux: tout se fait par texto et par courriel. Pour accéder au logement, ce fut complexe avec la borne et nous n'avions pas de réponse lorsqu'on essayait de contacter le numéro. On a profité pour entrer avec des locataires et on s'est rendu à notre unité, où se trouvent les clés à puces. Ainsi, toutes les communications sont faites par texto ou courriel, ce qui apporte des délais dans nos demandes. Soyez avisés si vous n'êtes pas à l'aise numériquement.
Aussi, le stationnement n'est pas inclus, mais vous pouvez accéder au stationnement souterrain moyennant un supplément. Sinon il faut se stationner dans la rue mais les espaces limités!

Localização excelente, dá para ir caminhando aos principais shoppings, limpeza, comodidade, com certeza me hospedaria de novo!

Muy buen departamento.
I was sent two sets of check-in information for two different rooms. It was not communicated to me why this was. I ended up letting myself into the wrong room and scared the poor person staying in that apartment. The fact that I was given the lock code for another suite and it wasn't changed was concerning to me, as a young woman staying alone, I felt unsafe. It was not explained to me initially why my apartment changed, or that it changed at all, until I was forced to call in a panic (it took multiple attempts to get through to the host company over the phone). When I found someone else staying in the apartment I was sent the info for, I was left so anxious that the place was double-booked and that I would have nowhere to stay. When I asked if there was anything the host could do to make up for this distressing start to my stay, they told me the check-in error was my fault and that there was nothing they could do. The incidental cost that Corporate Stays has you pay upon booking is exponential. I found damage around my apartment that had been there when I arrived, and I was very concerned that I might lose part of that large deposit. Honestly, staying here made my work trip unnecessarily stressful. Especially if your company is paying for your stay, or if you're looking for somewhere to stay where you feel safe, I wouldn't recommend.

Bien dans l’ensemble juste avant l’arrivé il était sale, l’emplacement et bien mais il vous faut une voiture ça reste le meilleur transport pour ce déplacer

Stayed here for six days on a family vacation. The place surpassed all expectations. Highly recommend it, great location. Plan to return soon.
El apartamento es muy bonito y funcional. Tiene espacios amplios y cómodos con una cocina muy bien equipada. El aire acondicionado funciona perfecto.
El edificio es muy moderno y tiene excelentes zonas comunes.
La ubicación es muy segura y agradable.
