Right in the heart of Moncton is Centennial Park, a sprawling green space full of activities. In the warmer months, swim and sunbathe at Centennial Beach or enjoy a Sunday afternoon concert at the bandstand. Come winter, visit the cross-country ski trail, sledding hills, outdoor skating oval, and ice hockey rink.

Magnetic Hill

Moncton is home to Magnetic Hill, a fascinating natural phenomenon that has been baffling visitors for over 80 years. Drive to the bottom of the hill, take your foot off the brake, and prepare to be amazed as you roll upward. You need to see it to believe it!

Magic Mountain

Visitors of all ages can enjoy Magic Mountain, Atlantic Canada’s largest water park. Feel the motion of the ocean in the Wave Pool or twist and turn on the giant slides of the Tornado. For the daredevils, the Kamikaze waterslide takes you on a ride at a rate of 60 km an hour! Relax in a hot tub or lay back on an inner tube for a ride around the Lazy River, then dry off at the mini-golf course and arcade.

Magnetic Hill Zoo

Near Magnetic Hill is the Magnetic Hill Zoo, the largest in Atlantic Canada. Magnetic Hill Zoo has a diverse collection of critters from every corner of the globe, with over 400 animals representing over 90 different species. Get up close and personal with the animals at the zoo’s daily shows and inside the two contact areas.
