Neighborhood

Located in a residential neighborhood of Asunción. 300 meters from the American Embassy, and among the most important avenues in the city, Mariscal López and E. Ayala. A few steps away is the Seminario Park, a lot of trees and and a very pleasant space to walk or play sports. It is located in the middle of the Historic Center of Asunción and Villa Morra, the shopping area, the two areas that one visits the most while in Asunción. There are also several restaurants and gastronomic services near the department.'

Access
