Great, safe location, close to shopping and restaurants. Building is almost brand new. Excellent view from balcony. Internet speed is acceptable for home office but gets bogged down when multiple devices need video simultaneously.

Nice spacious clean appartement, with a great view! It's in a nice area with cafés, restaurants, supermarkts and mall. The kitchen is complete, only the pans are in pretty bad condition.
