The unit was as described on the listing and in the pictures, it is a central location in Burnaby, about an 8/10 minute walk from the subway line and a 5 minute walk to the mall and all major grocery stores. There is a rooftop lounge that all guests could use which was a treat. The furniture in the unit was standard but not the most comfortable for a family of 4 to lounge in, but other than that small detail, everything was great!

Great stay as usual! Been using CS for over 2 years now and the service is always top-notch, a couple hiccups here and there and issues with communication during this particular stay, i had to message and call multiple times to get responses to my questions. I also had to call multiple times to get the mailbox keys i had paid for a week before because i needed sth delivered immediately but they took over a week to get it to me. That was the only frustrating incident. When they did respond, my needs were met in a timely manner. I still wouldn’t stay anywhere else regardless. The apartments are pristine, nice aesthetic, THE BEST VIEWS, 10/10 always!
