The apartment is similar to the photos. They have quite a few internally facing apartments on the 2nd level. The apartment is clean, organised with a good layout as the photos suggest. Oversized entry, kitchen and laundry. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is good, with multiple entrances, convenience stores and other shops nearby. The communication was the worst I have experienced from any AirBnB. I booked a month then changed to a smaller apartment for a 2nd month. Some issues were simply ignored. An example is that there is no connection from the doorbell in the lobby. They must ring corporate stays who then let anyone in without asking for a reason. I missed a delivery whilst waiting in the apartment for it, awaiting instructions from the host. Arranging to move to another unit took weeks of communication only to cost me an extra few hundred dollars. AirBnB was also involved. This is not a good, especially considering the amount paid. I won’t use corporate stays again.

Amazing

Amazing, clean, spacious and well-equipped property located smack dab in the middle of down-town Halifax, with easy access to the Waterfront, the Public Gardens, and many socal, shopping and dining opportunitites, thoroughly substantiating its price positioning in the rentals market. Somewhat regrettable was that there was ongoing use of construction and power tools in the building, but even so, Corporate Stays let us have some high-quality branded goodies (teddy bear for daughter, bathrobes and sleeping masks for us) as a courtesy present for our inconvenience.
