• Additional: 1. Check-in and check-out times: Early check-in or late check-out is subject to host approval and comes with additional fees. If you stay at the property after 11:00 AM, we will have to reach out to Airbnb for additional charges. 2. Guest Count Policy: Please adhere to the maximum occupancy policy. For extra guests, we only allow 1 person, who must be under 10 years old, and the guest must agree to the sleeping arrangements. 3. Parking: Guests should verify parking details and confirm the parking space size in the chat. 4. Smoking: Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas of the house. 5. Safety: Please close all windows and doors when leaving the house. 6. Keys and Locks: Do not tamper with keys or locks under any circumstances. Your reservation will be immediately canceled if you disable, tamper with, or alter Wi-Fi equipment, building cameras, locks, or the doorbell. 7. Energy Conservation: Turn off lights and air conditioning when not in use. 8. Check-out: During check-out, please return all items to their original place. 9. Cleaning: Please keep the house and common areas clean. Trash must be disposed of in the appropriate bin. The cleaning fee is based on respectful use; if the house is excessively dirty after checkout, an additional $40 cleaning fee will apply. This includes instances where blood, vomit, urine, or feces are discovered. Avoid penalties and extra charges! 10. Children’s Safety: Children must be supervised at all times, especially on the balcony and stairs. 11. Refunds: Weather, road conditions, acts of nature, evidence of pets, insect sightings, and outages in utilities (water, electricity, internet) do not qualify for refunds. We recommend purchasing travel insurance and reviewing booked dates, the cancellation policy, and Airbnb’s terms of service. 12. Compliance with Laws: Guests must comply with all local laws during their stay. Any evidence of violence, theft, invasion, harassment, drugs, or damage to hosts, guests, neighbors, or property will be reported to the police and prosecutor’s office. 13. Communication: Download the Airbnb mobile app, as it is the most effective way to communicate with your host. Report any defect, damage, or non-conformity within 12 hours of noticing it. This automatically grants permission for the host or their representative to enter the property to fix the issue, upon notice to the guest. 14. Temporary Guest: You understand that you are a temporary guest, and once your reservation ends, you must vacate the property. 15. Feedback: Your feedback is important to the host, but false statements without informing the host first may be subject to dispute. Always report and discuss any issues with the host before submitting feedback. This also applies to special requests that may not be accommodated. 16. Damage Reporting: Guests must report any damages within 6 hours of check-in to avoid being held accountable.
