The studio sits right at Avenida Boggiani and República Argentina, close to restaurants, cafes, and shopping.

* Maison Boggiani — boutique shopping plaza with international brands

* Shopping Mariscal — over a hundred stores for a full afternoon

Guests will have full access to the studio and building amenities available during their stay.

This studio is a modern, thoughtfully designed space with a comfortable bed, a sleek bathroom, and a kitchenette for light cooking or a quick coffee. Air conditioning and a smart TV keep things comfortable, and a cozy lounge area by the large windows makes a nice spot to unwind at the end of the day.

Getting around: Asunción has no metro, so ride-hailing apps (Uber, Bolt and inDriver all operate here) and taxis are the easiest way to move around the city, and both are widely available. City buses run along the main avenues nearby.

On foot: this is one of the most walkable pockets of Asunción. The building sits by the corner of Avenida Boggiani and República Argentina, with cafés, restaurants and the Maison Boggiani shopping plaza all within a few minutes.

By car: the Villa Morra district and the main shopping centres are a short drive along Avenida Boggiani.
