The location is fantastic. You are a 5-7 minute walk from 2 malls, the nicest ones in Asunción. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance and the area is very safe. Definitely try Porchettas in the Del Sol Mall. Their Steak was wonderful, and it is on special one day a week. Urbana Cafe is the place for coffee and pastries. AS for the space, it was a bit smaller than we expected, but totally livable for a vacation. We stayed 2 weeks and had no issues. The sofa is too low and short for my 6 foot frame, but most of time was spent working from the desk area in the bedroom. Everything balances out. The balcony catches the morning sun wonderfully so you can up your Vitamin d without burning out being too hot. The front security staff were friendly and helpful. The condo is situated in a very quiet area.
